What is Salah (salat)?
Salah (salat) is the Arabic term for the ritual prayer that is obligatory for Muslims to perform five times a day. It forms one of the five pillars of Islam.

Zakaat-ul-Fitr is a compulsory charity given at the end of Ramadan. It must be paid before the Eid al-Fitr prayer to help the poor and purify those who fast. It is given in the form of staple food or its monetary equivalent.

Zakaat-ul-Maal is an annual obligatory almsgiving. Muslims must pay 2.5% of their savings and investments to the needy if their wealth exceeds a minimum amount (nisab). It aims to promote economic equality and social justice.
